Your main responsibility will revolve around building long-lasting relationships with the most cutting-edge tech companies in Europe. The role includes networking with clients, sourcing new clients as well as brand development. This means spending a lot of time on the phone, in client meetings, and spreading the Mpya gospel to anyone who is willing to give you their time of day.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in our delivery by forming a team with consultants on assignment and thereby creating a holistic client approach on behalf of Mpya Digital. We are not going to lie: this role is not for the faint of heart. We deal with long sales cycles and rejection will be part of your daily life. On the other hand, you will be part of the founding team in Malmö, and with the full backing of Mpya Digital's organization in Stockholm, your potential for impact knows no boundaries. You will work on strategic initiatives outside the scope of your role and you will build a network that few people in the industry can claim to have.
Who you areYou have a couple of years of selling IT consultants in the region and know the ins and outs of the market and its latest trends. You thrive in social environments as you have a passion for people, sales, and entrepreneurship as well as a keen interest in organizational development. When we call your references, they will describe you as a person that people genuinely like to be around; they will attest to your social skills and your ability to "get things done". However, most importantly, you are kind, care about those around you, and seek understanding from others in order to constantly learn and develop.
