You will help us in delivering, managing and supporting our legal work.What will you do?As mentioned, you will be responsible for delivering, managing and supporting our legal work. You will be involved across a variety of areas in the legal team, but your focus will be Regulatory & Compliance. You will be responsible for:Providing support in the development, management and implementation of the CMS (Compliance Management System)Advising Novicap's departments on compliance issuesProviding support in the development and maintenance of the compliance culturePreparing and managing training for each departmentAssisting in identifying, investigating, reporting and correction of compliance issues, irregularities and violationsAssisting in ensuring legal obligations are followed and that we are in good standing with regulatory agenciesConducting research to provide compliance recommendations, advice on upcoming/emerging regulations and evaluation impactsManaging assigned projectsIn doing so, you will contribute to the achievement of Novicap's long-term growth plans.How will you do it?With integrity.
