N Position Type: Non-Management ACCOUNTING CLERK The Accounts Clerk ensures the daily assignments are completed on time.
He/ she promotes a professional and positive image to all of our guests and contributes to the hotel's targets by assisting with the accurate processing of accounts tasks.
Responsibilities: Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English.
Other languages are appreciated.
Ensure daily tasks assigned with the accounts department are completed on time.
Assist in cost control functions.
Assist in Accounts receivables functions.
Reconcile Accounts that the analysis are in balance.
Flexibility to be able to perform accounts tasks as per daily needs of the department.
Proficiency in Excel and Word.

Monday to Friday schedule with two days off on weekends.
