Job Description: An opportunity for a General & Site Services Manager has arisen within Airbus Operations, Cádiz. The selected candidate will join the FMRE Spain team.
Responsibilities: Support the organization of Facility Management & Real Estate Spain (HMSSx) in Cádiz to achieve operational and strategic company objectives in compliance with relevant regulations. Provide general & site services across divisions and multiple sites to ensure and improve work areas and meet customer needs. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure customer satisfaction and fulfillment of customers' needs by managing resources efficiently. Manage and improve services and suppliers to ensure delivery on time, on quality, and on cost. Manage General Services and projects linked to cleaning, catering, transportation, waste management, and office auxiliary services. Monitor performance, lead projects, and ensure application of EHG concepts in all service lines. Ensure adherence to applicable regulations and laws. Support and manage services and projects of all Services Lines within FMRE, particularly of Better Workplace. Support and manage services and projects of all Airbus Sites as required. Implement and manage activities to identify and mitigate risks. Support innovation and informatic systems update, maintenance, and deployment. Collaborate to achieve expected cost-saving targets and coordinate daily tasks related to "Airbus-CAE" and maintenance suppliers. Ensure HIGH5+ objectives (sustainability, water reduction, CO2, waste, etc.) are met. Skills Required: Industrial Engineering or related disciplines. 1-2 years of experience in similar roles. Experience in an internship at Airbus would be a plus. Fluent level of English and Spanish.
