This position sits within our Bedbank unit.JOB DESCRIPTION:Reporting directly to the Commercial Intelligence Director, you will be a key member of the Leadership team, with responsibility for developing and implementing our pricing strategy to optimise revenue and profitability for the company within a high-growth, dynamic, and competitive B2B environment.
You will lead a team to execute the strategy and to continually ensure that our pricing is aligned with creating maximum value for our suppliers and clients, and ultimately to drive bottom line growth for the company across our captive markets and customer segments.Responsibilities:Inspire and develop a high performing team to drive business growthDefine and roll out best practice revenue management processes and methodologiesDevelop a pricing vision in a highly competitive global market context - constantly reviewing and defining new pricing innovation opportunities within a dynamic pricing environmentProactive development and implementation of pricing strategy to optimise revenue and profitability for the companyFuture-focus scanning for future pricing opportunities, formulate and implement strategies to address opportunities & risksRequirements:Experience in managing and developing people: coaching skills and ability to train, lead and motivate team membersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including a strong attention to detailStrong presentation, verbal and written communicationRelevant experience in fast-paced, high-growth organization operating in a B2B environment with exposure to rapidly changing, dynamic pricing scenariosSignificant exposure to defining pricing strategies across multiple markets / products (ideally airlines, hospitality, e-commerce or similar)Strategic thinker who balances long-term vision with short and medium-term prioritiesDegree in Business Administration/Engineering/Mathematics, MBA from a recognized business school desirableYou will have the opportunity to work for a company that is going through significant change in becoming the world´s leading travel services provider.
