(Xuq189) Plc Support Specialist (M/F/D) Europe - Spain

Job Description

- Support our customer and Field Service Technicians in service cases related to PLC / PC / HMI and NETZSCH Connect via Remote Services.
- Support our customer and Field Service Technicians onsite in the field if necessary.
- As part of a strong Commissioning Team for new machines in wet and dry grinding at customer's site, short travels for signal exchange with customer's SCADA system are required.
- Participation in projects and developments related to Industry 4.0.
- Communication with other Service Support Center and engineering department worldwide.
- Onboarding in Germany and Spain up to 3 months (not consecutive).
- If not traveling, you work from home.
