Position: Associate Salesforce Developer - Fintech Location: Ebury Málaga Office - Hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 day working from home) Ebury is a Global FinTech that applies new technologies to enhance and automate financial services and processes.
This allows small and medium-sized businesses to trade and transact internationally by eliminating boundaries related to more traditional methods.

We are looking for an Associate Software Engineer to join our team.
In this role, you'll be a key contributor for designing and implementing Ebury's CLM Solutions, striving for robust and compliant applications that contribute to removing boundaries to clients' money and making business around the world possible.
You may be a key part of main Ebury services and processes, such as Anti-Money Laundering, Customer Risk Rating, ID&V, or Ongoing Due Diligence.

Responsibilities: - Develop Salesforce Applications and integrate Salesforce with external systems.
- Develop Groovy services.
- Validate functional configuration changes.
- Support acceptance testing and respond to functional queries.
- Collaborate with the Product Team regarding product requirements and testing outputs.
- Support defect triage throughout the delivery process.
- Adhere to internal governance processes, ensuring compliance with standard procedures.
Requirements: - Business analysis skills and experience in eliciting and analyzing business requirements.
- Ability to prioritize and escalate issues as required.
- Good attention to detail, organized, and results-oriented.
- Proficient analytical and solution skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mentality.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related qualification.
Ideally (but not mandatory): - Minimum of 2 years experience in Financial or Banking Services.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Experience with programming languages like Python, Groovy, JavaScript, or others.
This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity.
