How you will create an impact: You will contribute your industry-specific and technological know-how to internal IT projects and advise on the digitalization of business processes. You will be responsible for planning and implementing IT projects, including requirements analysis and concept development. You will be responsible for the further development of the IT systems assigned to the project, including their interfaces to other systems. You will manage internal and external project resources, be responsible for the project status and create reports for management. You pursue pragmatic problem solving in compliance with regulations and internal framework conditions. You are a contact person for your colleagues and participate in the exchange of technical knowledge within the team and in cooperation with other teams. About you: Training or degree in IT (e.g., IT specialist) or a comparable qualification. Around five years of experience in planning, managing, and implementing classic and agile IT projects, including the integration and management of external service providers. Proficient in English and comfortable in an interface position; strong communication skills and confident presenting issues to a broad audience. Highly knowledgeable about technical topics, ideally Microsoft platforms and web platforms. Very good understanding of complex process flows in a global environment, as well as their implementation in practice. Independent and structured way of working, strong analytical thinking, combined with flexibility and organizational skills.
