Read on for more.Context of the role As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating, monitoring and optimizing sales, marketing, and customer success operations for Booksy Western European Markets. As a strategic leader, you'll drive process efficiency, leverage data insights, and foster cross-functional collaboration to maximize revenue generation and implement scalable processes.The Revenue Operations Manager role looks like Lead a team of high performance operations professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Run team meetings, 1:1 sessions and provide ongoing feedback.Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and capabilities.Provide ongoing support to Sales, marketing and CS teams.Identify and streamline inefficient processes within sales, marketing, and customer success operations to enhance productivity and effectiveness.Implement best practices and automation tools to drive operational excellence.Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to revenue generation.Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and sharing insights.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in revenue operations processes and implement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency.Support the Director of operations with Ad-Hoc projects.Who you are Experience working with CRM, Automation tools, Data analysis and spreadsheets.Experience managing Operations teams or similar.Experience in tech, beauty or both is a major plus.Excellent English skills and desire to work within an international team (other languages are also very much appreciated!).Experience in international environments
