At ING we are looking for a Home & Protection Tribe Lead.
Your role and work environment: As the Home & Protection Tribe Lead you offer ING's retail customers transparent and fair mortgage loans in a profitable manner.
You are also in charge of bringing the Insurance business to the next level making it a key source of income to the bank.
You will steer your tribe and share a collective responsibility to improve ING's performance and identify opportunities to better serve and delight customers in the mortgage and insurance end to end processes (full customer life cycle).
Your key responsibilities: As a Tribe Lead you strengthen the "One Agile Way of Working" while safeguarding the Orange Code.
Stimulate interaction between people, tribes, squads and chapters (within and outside your own tribe).
Support collaboration by creating awareness and understanding, leveraging on diversity and by communicating effectively.
Effectively manage the transition of your employees and squads within your tribe.
Support the development and craftsmanship of the Chapter Leads within your tribe.
Assume overall responsibility to steer the retail business as a member of the Retail Management Team.
As Home & Protection TL you: Are responsible for the product P&L, both Home & Protection.
Set the mid and long-term vision and strategy for Home & Protection business.
Design, develop and orchestrate the end-to-end business plan and roadmap implementation across the functional areas.
Are responsible for E2E processes in the Home & Protection business (including underwriting, IT, Ops, Channels).
Focus on identifying and pursuing process improvements and new business opportunities in the Home & Protection business.
Drive Home & Protection product sales across channels.
Are responsible to realize efficiency targets/efficiency improvements in collaboration with related service units.
Are responsible to keep your Tribe Safe & Secure while working together with Credit Risk in optimizing business generation within the established risk appetite.
Are responsible for developing, implementing, reviewing a pricing framework as well as pricing optimization in the mortgages & insurance business in collaboration with Pricing Expert Unit.
Are responsible for defining and executing the tech transformation in Mortgages (GAIA) together with the Home & Protection IT team.
Closely follow the development of customer experience and customer satisfaction metrics with a focus on constantly improving customer experience in the mortgage & insurance related processes.

Proven track record and technical skills: University degree.
5–10 years' professional experience at management level, experience/affinity with the Mortgage area is a plus.
A good understanding of credit risks is very well valued.
Sound experience in building strategic roadmaps.
Experience in leading, driving and steering multidisciplinary teams.
Proven experience in strategic projects with high impact.
Strong command of written and spoken English.
