Job Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive data governance and compliance framework, utilizing Informatica's suite of data governance tools to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across the organization.Lead the integration of data governance tools and technologies such as Master Data, Snowflake, and Power BI to enhance data analytics, reporting capabilities, and decision-making processes.Establish and maintain policies, standards, and guidelines that govern the collection, storage, access, and use of data within the company, ensuring alignment with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements.Conduct detailed data audits and assessments to identify compliance risks, data quality issues, and inefficiencies.Implement corrective measures to mitigate risks and enhance data governance practices.Engage with IT, legal, security, and business stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment of data governance activities with business objectives and compliance requirements.Serve as a subject matter expert on data protection laws and regulations, providing guidance and advice to ensure all data management activities are compliant.Lead and facilitate cross-functional teams in the resolution of data-related issues, driving the adoption of best practices in data management and governance.Oversee the response to regulatory inquiries and audits related to data governance and compliance, ensuring timely and accurate compliance reporting.
