Verve Group is a subsidiary of Media and Games Invest (MGI).Who You AreWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our Smaato Supply team. This role is focused on managing and optimizing relationships with our publisher clients, particularly those with long-tail accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ad tech and a proven ability to drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction. This position will be based in Spain as a remote model.What You Will DoManage and nurture long-tail publisher accounts, addressing their queries and concerns effectively and ensuring their satisfaction and success on our platform.Monitor and analyze account performance, identify areas for improvement and upsell, develop customized proposals and solutions to maximize revenue potential and meet the unique needs of each publisher.Conduct proactive outreach to underperforming accounts, presenting upsell opportunities and value propositions to drive incremental revenue.Assist publishers in transitioning between different integration types to optimize their use of the Smaato platform.Guide new publisher clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup.Work closely with the Business Development and Account Management teams to align strategies and ensure seamless service delivery.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues and close support tickets promptly.What You Will Bring 3+ years of CSM, Account Management, and Business Development experience in Adtech, ideally on the Publisher / Supply side.Proven track record of managing and growing long-tail accounts.Experience in executing / managing technical integrations (VAST, o.RTB, Prebid, SDK, etc.).Familiar and comfortable with cross-department collaboration including product, engineering, legal, finance, and account management teams.Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Proficient with a CRM tool, Excel, and PowerPoint.Full business proficiency in English is a must, additional European language is beneficial.Bachelor's Degree.What We OfferJoin one of the top privacy-first omnichannel ad platforms and gaming companies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
