As part of our team, you will:
Support design-related discussions with customers and delivery teams for new MPW and NDAC deliveries for HLD, LLD, and CIQ completion.Understand and maintain the NDAC acceptance procedure and policies.Provide onsite acceptance testing support (as required) with Partners.Troubleshoot, diagnose, advise, and perform corrective actions to resolve technical issues reported.Implement new SW releases in lab and pilot sites and test the stability and performance.Contribute to customer SLA compliance and KPI quality performance level.Explore customized scripts/tool implementation.Create and reuse knowledge articles.Your skills and experienceYou have:
Understanding of both MPW and NDAC architecture end-to-end with good knowledge of the system.Extensive hands-on experience on previous Telecom Technical support projects.Flexibility to support new MPW and NDAC deliveries in European time zones with possible extended support hours.Intermediate to excellent level of technical knowledge and expertise in Nokia products primarily: CMM, CMG, 4G/5G Airscale BBU, with nice to have experience in APC, NDAC Edge Core, Juniper SRX, GC, EVC, NSP, IXR.Intermediate knowledge of e2e IP.Mandatory Salesforce CRM knowledge.Deep expertise in analyzing traces and identifying the issues/cause/RCA/providing solutions.E2E technical ownership of customers' issues to resolution.Ability to plan and support e2e network acceptance testing.Must have: Open-minded, motivated, collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills.It would be nice if you also had:
E2E LTE call flow knowledge.Previous experience in Radio Planning.Basic understanding of Policing and QOS policies in 4G/5G networks.Working knowledge in LTE Network Infrastructure and interworking functions such as MME, HSS, PCRF, SGW, PGW.3GPP standards and specifications.Customer management, stakeholder management, presentation skills.At least, English fluency is required but also welcomed to manage one/some/all of these languages: Spanish, French, German, Italian.
