In collaboration, we are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Representative for their Benalmadena office.Location: Benalmadena, SpainEmployment type: Full-timeWork model: hybrid (1 day a week, after 6 months of employment)DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Handle incoming contact from customers via phone and mailAssist customers and deal with customer complaints promptly and effectivelyBe the first point of contact - resolve customer queries and related requestsEnsure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment givenREQUIREMENTS:Native/fluent in Norwegian, both oral and written.
