The Senior Clinical Trainer CGM (CTC) provides training and certification on sensor insertion and removal procedures as required.
Contacts assigned customer accounts or prospects to organize all aspects of clinical training, certification and support required for ADC CGM products.
Ensures all required reporting procedures are complied with in a timely fashion.
Support the commercial organization as a CGM technology expert through interaction with all relevant stakeholders (internal and external), and as defined by the local country organization.
Play as support and key contact person for the CTC backups.
MAIN ACTIVITIES: Build strong relationships with HCPs and clinical centers and work collaboratively with the country organizations to support the overall commercial strategy and operations (ex: patients/ commercial journey).
Develop in-depth clinical calls with KOLs (aligned with sales) to reinforce Eversense positioning and commercial objective in this customer, make co-visits with KAS (Key Account Specialist) and sales teams to promote and discuss the product from a Scientific and Clinical perspective.
Ensure clinical sales call with selected Endocrinologists after procedures (aligned with sales), to support sales objectives.
Manage the process of the training of HCPs including: Provide training on sensor insertion and removal procedures to health care professionals.
Ensure that physicians have completed full certification requirements before proceeding with patient insertions and removals.
Plan, schedule and prepare all clinics for certifications and re-certification appointments.
Manage all aspects of supplies needed for HCP training, certification and PWD training.
Provide direct feedback to the HCP if there is any post medical complaint and provide re-training if needed.
Train the sales network on the company's products: Design the ADC training plan in collaboration with CH and capturing Managers Team's needs.
Develop the Commercial Training Plan and trainings to prepare the Sales force & KASs to successfully execute the Commercial Plans working together with Country Head and Commercial Strategy.
Special contribution in the National Sales meetings.
Work collaboratively with the sales representatives to support sensor insertion and removal cases with local healthcare providers for training, certification and follow-up; constantly monitor relevant feedback from the field and share information with relevant stakeholders.
Work closely with the marketing department participating in the review of brochures and educational materials.
Document customer interaction with HCPs in ADC CRM system and/or other systems as required.
Follow all relevant processes relating to complaint and adverse event reporting, collaborate with Customer Service in dealing with customer complaints and troubleshooting.
Keep up-to-date on the latest clinical data relating to all relevant products.
Participate in local/regional projects/initiatives and maintain good and effective relations with colleagues and the sales team.
Act as the speaker in Congresses or Customer Meetings to provide the clinical and technical selling approach.
Act as internal and external product expert, support and enrich internal knowledge on the product and ensure all is aligned between the different departments (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) both National and Regional.
Support continuous improvement on processes within the HCP and patient journey.
Support and be the key contact person for the CTC backups.
Receive periodic coaching from supervisor or other qualified professionals.
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES: Medical Doctor, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Nurse or equivalent.
Fluent in local language and English, both verbal and written communication.
Minimum of 2 years professional experience in relevant field preferred.
Minimum of 1-year experience in surgical setting preferred.
Minimum of 1-year experience training or teaching healthcare professionals preferred.
Proficient with standard Microsoft programs.
Entrepreneurial and pragmatic attitude.
Able to manage complexity.
Strong communication skills.
Interest in scientific and technical innovations.
Ability to travel in a large geographical area.
