.We are looking for an enthusiastic new Account Management Director, who will support our customer base as they transition from sales prospects to active users of our products. The Director will focus on customer loyalty and building close long-term client relationships, and often stay with the same customers as long as they continue to work with our business. The Director will also be responsible for developing a vision of strategic partnerships with our current customers, with a deep understanding of their needs in order to create a value proposition for them through our full portfolio of products and solutions.What you'll do Understand the needs of the top executives of the different big players in all our verticals such as financial markets, banking, insurance, funds, telco, utilities and SMEs; through a permanent contact in order to create a value proposition for them with tangible results in our P&L.Responsible for all aspects of Equifax's relationship with major, complex and multi-divisional clients within a vertical or industry. Specific accountability for business retention, new business revenue growth, improving profitability and driving the highest possible standards of relationship management.Confidently and effectively pursue and close specific business opportunities by networking with key senior-level decision makers across all relevant client departments, creating and enhancing effective long-term relationships to add significant value.Engage proactively with the client on a consultative basis to learn its business, anticipate its needs and then create and develop strategic Equifax solutions.Understand the challenges faced by clients and adapt the use of Equifax solutions to demonstrate a clear return on investment for the customer.Be a "trusted advisor" to the client that is sought after to solve problems and deliver solutions.Demonstrate the ability and confidence to promote and sell the Equifax institution, in addition to products and solutions and influence internal product development to implement strategies that help meet the changing needs of the client and market and add value for both Equifax and its customer.Educate the business and smoothly engage and coordinate multi-functional teams and the Executive team to support the maintenance and development of client relationships.Product launch enabler - collaborate within our Product and Data & Analytics departments in the plan to launch new products and releases and manage the cross-functional selling of the plan.Market intelligence collaboration within the Innovation department (VoC)
