Summary: You will serve as a FACILITY SUPPORT CONTRACTS BRANCH HEAD in the Public Works Department of NAVFAC ROICC ROTA.
Responsibilities: Manage the workload and resources, adjusting priorities as required.
Develop performance standards and evaluate the performance of employees.
Analyze work requirements and provide input to the annual staffing plan.
Coordinate and track all billing of customers regarding contract funding.
Manage and execute the assigned NAVFAC budget.
Requirements: Conditions of Employment: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Overseeing workload and resources, hiring, and personnel actions for the public works department.
Managing contract development, including pre- and post-award contracts, modifications, funding, and execution to optimize program efficiency within requirements to meet command mission.
