About the Role and the TeamIn the Revenue and Operations department, the mission is to promote, sell, onboard, and service the products built by our technical teams and departments.
This means a deep focus on a 360-degree commercial strategy that helps take new products to market and promote and maximize clients' usage and experience with existing products.

The team is looking to add a new Account Manager & PS Team Lead.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a selected group of existing clients, as well as leading the local Platform Solutions Team.
You will coordinate their priorities, support client escalation cases, and guide them in their day-to-day work.
You will act as a partner, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Client Support to contribute to the success of regional revenue growth.
As an Account Manager, your focus will be on strengthening client relationships using the Adform tech stack.
While driving revenue, your goal is to ensure these key accounts receive the best possible customer experience.
As Team Lead for the local Platform Solutions team, your goal will be to unify their priorities, provide guidance, and assist in their daily work with clients.
You will report to the Country Manager in Spain and be part of Adform's global Commercial team.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop strong relationships with customers and work with them in a structured manner, including follow-up calls/meetings to ensure a strong relationship and their understanding of Adform products.Drive Account Management best practices for the existing book of business (e.g., Account Plans, QBRs, and Monthly Reviews via Gainsight).Support the onboarding process of new clients, answer client queries, and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities among existing customers.Achieve quarterly and annual revenue objectives through personal effort and collaboration with team members.Manage a team of 4+ people, providing inspiring and effective leadership for the regional Platform Solutions team.Clearly communicate expectations to the team and ensure they have the necessary tools, competencies, skills, and knowledge.Foster a positive environment that promotes high engagement, performance, and job satisfaction within the Platform Solutions team.Collaborate with the region's commercial leadership to achieve strategic business and revenue goals.Ensure the team regularly uses support tools (Salesforce, Gainsight, Tableau, etc.)
effectively.Collect product needs and feedback for the region and escalate them to the leadership.Qualifications2+ years of experience in programmatic advertising and client management.A good understanding of media and marketing, and the role of programmatic within that mix.A consistent track record of achieving sales objectives, with strong planning and forecasting skills.
