HierarchyDirect dependence on the COO being part of the N-1 team above the Executive Committee. Under his management and responsibility would be the departments of Claims, Administration, Customer Service, and Procurement & Outsourcing into the Iberia perimeter (Spain & Portugal).
MissionAs Head of Operations for Cardif Iberia, you are responsible for serving partners and insured customers, ensuring the quality of the activities and agreed operational management, and ensuring optimization, implementation, and monitoring of the company's strategic operational processes. Additionally, you will lead the design and ensure operational efficiency according to the policies, rules, and standards set by the Company. You are also responsible for leading the transformation of the operational model of the Company regarding market developments and business strategy, being involved in strategic discussions and decisions.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure the proper functioning and quality of the Cardif Administration, Customer Service, and Claims Departments, ensuring adequate, fluid, and effective service for external and internal customers.Support the development, transformation, implementation, and coordination of the projects or GPS agreed by Cardif Iberia, as well as ensure the correct functioning of the tools used in the whole area.
