Job description Urban Campus is looking for a Junior Sales Representative to support the Operations team in its growth in the French coliving market. This is a position based in Madrid which reports directly to the Head of Sales. As a Junior Sales Representative for the French market, you will be part of the sales team, in charge of getting people to live in our Coliving spaces. Your responsibility will be to create and monitor all the sales processes to maintain our occupancy rates as high as possible. You will be working within an international, young, startup environment and you'll be able to meet our vibrant community of colivers and coworkers.

Being part of a startup means that your work will have a direct impact on resultsWe have a flexible remote working policyYou will be working with a young, entrepreneurial teamYou will have free access to all community events (and invite your guests!)Responsibilities: Direct sale of our coliving spaces: follow up with leads, tour them around our spaces, guide them through their whole buying journeyClosely manage and follow all the commercial processes that are in placeBring new ideas and implement them to achieve the occupancy goalsManage sales metrics and report them to the Head of Sales and the rest of the teamKeep the CRM updated (Hubspot) - update the deals information and stages of contacts and potential clientsFollow up and monitor the booking processGive direct, constant, and personalized responses to potential clients through different channelsVerify and monitor that the sales processes are followed correctly throughout the funnelCreate contact databases for direct salesQualifications: Full proficiency in FRENCH is requiredFull fluency in verbal and written English is a mustFluency in Spanish is a plusAt least 1 year of experience in a sales role is requiredGreat presentation and communication skillsWell-organizedProblem-solving attitudeGreat attention to detailStrong team spiritCapacity to operate independentlyFlexibility to adapt to constant change and new processesAccountabilityGood social skillsWork Location: Hybrid remote in 28014 Madrid
