Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive our growth in Spain.
This role is crucial for expanding our presence in the healthcare HIS/ERP sector through strategic market analysis, identifying new opportunities, and forging key partnerships.
Join our team and help advance our mission in healthcare technology solutions!
Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to meet company growth objectives in Spain.
Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
Analyze competitor strategies and industry developments to inform business strategies.
Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches tailored to healthcare HIS/ERP providers.
Negotiate integration improvements with third-party providers.
Negotiate and close product and commercial partnerships with healthcare providers.
Negotiate and close complex strategic deals with insurance and hospital customers that align with the company's financial and strategic goals.
Work closely with sales and product development teams to ensure alignment in achieving business goals.
Lead strategic cross-area projects and assure goals are reached.
Give commercial support to partners in Latin America and participate in sales negotiations when necessary.
Qualifications Have an undergraduate degree in technical, quantitative, or business fields, preferably with a master's degree or MBA.Have 4 years of total work experience, with at least 2 years in business development management for B2B (Desirable experience in hospital software information, ERP, CRM, Cloud Solutions, or other).Insurance and hospitals market knowledge.Have business knowledge of SaaS product integrations and APIs.Preferably had previous experience in consulting, partnerships management, or project management.Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.Are a results-oriented overachiever and a keen negotiator.Can build rapport with high-level decision-makers in an organization.Speak English and Spanish fluently.
Additional Information How does the selection process work?A 60 min interview with a member of the HR team.A 60 min interview with the Team Leader.Business Case to be completed in one week.45 min presentation of the Business Case, with Team leader and Global Managing Director.
