RESPONSIBILITIESProvide support and assistance to teachers and students.Ensure the proper start-up of classes and their overall order.Provide technical support and assistance to faculty.Control and manage the daily planning and occupancy of classrooms.Manage and collaborate on all projects and actions of the Academic Department: surveys, official data, information sessions, etc.Collect data to transmit to official institutions.REQUIREMENTSEducation: High School Diploma and Higher Degree in Administration and Finance.Experience in management and customer service tasks.Skills: organizational capacity, ease of communication and oral and written expression, customer orientation, problem-solving abilities, teamwork skills, and a willingness to learn.Catalan level C2.Spanish level C2.English level C1.BENEFITSInternational organization established for over 60 years.Permanent contract.Working hours from 13:30 to 21:30 on Mondays, and from 12:30 to 21:30 from Tuesday to Friday.Competitive salary.Continuous training program.Discount program for internal training for employees and their families.
