Juicy Fields is an innovative concept giving people the chance to enter the medicinal marijuana market without having training, licenses, and regardless of the local laws.
Providing crowdfunding services to our egrowers, we allocate them space in a licensed operation to be able to foster a plant and then share the reward when the harvest is sold.
We do this in order to help support grassroots level cultivators and extractors, allowing communities to farm and profit from their land, facilities, and knowledge.
What is expected in the role?The ideal candidate should have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.An MBA or CPA is highly desirable.At least 8 years' experience in the finance industry and managing a team.Demonstrated excellence in the workplace.Cohesive interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written.Experience in budgeting, sales, business development, and strategic planning.Knowledge of the medical cannabis industry and GMP standards is preferable.As a CFO you are going to:Provide leadership, direction, and management together with the department heads to develop and accomplish goals and strategic plans established by the CEO, Board of Directors, and other key company executives of the finance and accounting team.Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team.Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting.Advise on long-term business and financial planning.Establish and develop relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.What You Can Expect From UsAt Juicy Fields, we not only try to innovate within the industry but also the traditional organizational structure.
