.The Operations Analyst supports the delivery of business plan targets and the execution of strategies for achieving operational excellence by generating and analysing reports on the Spain property management performance. Gathers and analyses market, client and portfolio data, providing management with data and input to identify opportunities for improving performance and customer satisfaction. Performing other analytical and program management tasks that support the operation of the business.Key Role Responsibilities: Own the P&L; and work on forecasting, budgeting and hitting operational/financial targets.Review financial information and key operational ratios, conduct cause analyses and propose possible correction measures.Participate in meetings with the Asset Management team to provide support and assistance gathering relevant data that explains the performance of the portfolio.Support the operations leasing reporting process to track and analyse leasing and occupancy performance and trends and highlight opportunities for rental growth or corrective marketing activity.Assist on tracking competitor pricing and performance and collate market data for the business.Work with other functions to track key performance indicators and provide regular and consistent reporting to the business.Support new acquisition analysis and its subsequent asset execution (opening of the asset).Lead efficiency projects to maximize the value of the portfolio.Role Scope: This role will report to the Data & Insight Manager; although work will alsobe assigned by the Operations Director. This role acts as the first point of contact for Greystar's Student and Multi-Family Operations department and Central Services in relation to regular performance data/metrics and requests for data and analysis. The role will be a contributor to the weekly/monthly/quarterly operational reporting. This role might require visits to properties or external meeting locations. The role will cover predominantly Iberia portfolios.Key Relationships: The role will interact with Regional Operations Managers, Community Managers and other colleagues in Property Operations Management, Investment and Development, Asset Management, HR, Accounting and Finance, Facilities/Maintenance, Sales and Marketing as well as senior management. This role will have some interface with external suppliers.About You Knowledge & Qualifications: IT literate and fully conversant with all Microsoft packages including Excel and Power Point (Advanced level).Experience & Skills: Demonstrable experience in the gathering, analysis, reporting and presentation of business specific data preferably in a related sector.Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.Strong attention to detail with a commercial perspective.An ability to process and manage different forms of data and identify errors and anomalies in documents and reports
