The role
This position has the purpose of coordinating and managing direct communication across all digital channels in a proactive way; in this way we can keep customer satisfaction in line with the needs of our customers.
RequirementsWhat will you do? The channels you will manage will be the customer care channels (Care) via email and telephone, resolving customer queries on a Q&A basis.You will proactively participate in team meetings in order to report on the status of the project, in addition to content creation.You will produce monthly quantitative and qualitative reports on Customer Care performance.Who you are?
