The perfect candidate will oversee, assess, and enhance different facets of our organization's performance to maintain harmony with strategic goals and foster ongoing improvement. This position demands a mix of analytical prowess, strategic vision, and adept communication to facilitate favorable outcomes across diverse functional domains, with a professional foundation in project management.Key Responsibilities:1. Performance Analysis and Reporting:- Collect and analyze data to assess key performance indicators (KPIs) across the organization.- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management, highlighting insights and recommendations for performance improvement.1. Strategic Alignment:- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure that performance management initiatives align with the organization's long-term strategic goals.1. Operational Efficiency:- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.1. Data Analytics and Technology Integration:- Utilize data analytics tools and technologies to extract meaningful insights and contribute to the implementation of performance management systems.1. Project Management:- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of performance improvement projects.1. Change Management:- Effectively manage and communicate changes within the organization, assessing the impact on performance and implementing strategies for a smooth transition.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Data Science, Management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.- Proven experience in business performance management, with strong emphasis on data analysis.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends,and draw meaningful insights to inform decision-making and performance improvement strategies.
