We have millions of endpoints deployed, we've surpassed $100M in ARR, and we've recently secured $180M in Series D financing for a company valuation of $1.1B, but we're just getting started.Job DescriptionBuild a high-performing engineering team including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance improvement and career progression of the engineers.Attract and retain the best talent.Drive and lead the engineering processes, architecture and technical roadmap within the team in alignment with the Engineering leadership team.Manage the technical debt, security, quality and technical decisions in an efficient and structured manner.Evangelize, drive and continuously improve our agile methodologies for software development to continue building our product iteratively and in a lean way.Instill Nexthink values as a building foundation for your team.Work with Product management and UX team to help writing effective user stories, to build effective product roadmap with your technical inputs and ensure the smooth and close collaboration with the engineers from discovery to delivery.Ensure coordination and full alignment between different agile teams across multiple locations as well as cross-departments collaboration such as Marketing, Sales, HR or customer success.Ability to contribute technically within the team as required by bringing your experience in architectural decisions, code reviews, prototypes, codebase.QualificationsB.S. or Master in Computer Science.Previous experience and excellent track record in a similar leadership role, building from scratch and leading engineering teams in an Agile environment.Experience dealing with internationally distributed teams will be highly valued.Ability to work in a multicultural and hypergrowth paced environment, managing effectively cultural gaps and embracing change.Strong knowledge around the technology stack and processes for full-stack development, microservices, and cloud architecture and deployment.Prior experience as software engineer or architect with an excellent understanding of coding, software architectures and with the ability to discuss technical details and provide insightful inputs.Experience collaborating with the product managers and engineers to align product and engineering roadmaps to generate the highest business value.Experience in leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring software engineers towards delivering timely and high-quality software while growing them to the next level
