The Coordinator Medical Affairs NMD will work closely with the medical team to align on strategic priorities at local and regional levels in order to:
Provide medical/scientific expertise ensuring understanding of the disease area and Biogen's NMD products as appropriate.Provide scientific data with high quality.Support operational burden on the local medical team.Maximize high-value interactions with the Medical Team.Provide high quality and robust insights and data analysis.He/she will coordinate cross-functional and Medical processes and activities to assure the correct development of the activities.
Principal AccountabilitiesIntegrated Product Strategy:Support & coordinate Spanish Medical ICP projects to assure that they could be implemented following the plan: Understand project roles and responsibilities and coordinate tasks with project leaders.Proactive management of individual project responsibilities and workload to ensure objectives, milestones, and timelines are met efficiently.Support project management/leadership with the creation of project deliverables and the day-to-day management of internal and external stakeholder relationships.Track monthly changes to project status.Act as liaison between internal departments and vendors and the NMD MSL Team: vendor management and coordination, manage ESE tool and other internal processes (bidding, BBDD supplier), contact person for assistant staff.Maintain and update departmental calendars and schedules.Participate in regular update meetings with the cross-functional teams.Support MM to control the budget oversight related to the product.Coordinate Monthly reports by selecting main reported insights and analyzing MSL metrics and summarizing key medical department activities.Medical Communication Plan:Support to create external materials for MSLs or localize them.Manage Veeva Vault InScite.Feed BTC.Support publications and congresses communication strategy.Support CME multichannel strategy.QualificationsScientific or Medical degree (BA or MA).Excellent communication skills, proficiency with computers, including MS Office and the ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes.Spanish native or fluent.Good English Level (able to understand and communicate with international teams).Organized, efficient, proactive and with good attention to detail.Ability to manage priorities and answer simultaneous requests from different stakeholders.Ability to read and interpret legislation, guidelines, official documents and procedures within the Health industry.Autonomy and ability to quickly adapt to change.Familiarity with biotechnology & pharmaceutical industry preferred.Project management experience.Additional InformationWhy Biogen?
