Hybrid position in Madrid, Spain.Responsibilities: Cloud Migration Support: Provide direction and assistance in the migration of local infrastructure and solutions to the cloud across all countries.Standard IT Framework Implementation: Ensure the rollout of standardized IT frameworks and tools for cloud infrastructure, as defined by the Foundations & Platforms Competence Center, in all regions.DevOps Engagement: Coordinate with local DevOps teams (internal and external) to ensure their alignment with regional infrastructure teams, the Platforms and Foundations Competence Center, and regional cloud partners.Target Operational Model Implementation: Assist in implementing the Target Operational Model (TOM) in the region, with a focus on infrastructure and platforms.Adopt Standard Processes and Tools: Promote the adoption of standardized processes and tools among cloud regional partners.Technical Guidance for Application Teams: Collaborate with application teams to provide technical support in defining the cloud infrastructure required for various solutions.CI/CD Workflow Standardization: Drive the standardization and automation of CI/CD workflows across the region, promoting Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in all deployments.Azure Roadmap Enablement: Support countries in meeting the technical requirements of the Azure migration roadmap.Knowledge Management: Ensure proper knowledge management, documentation, and standardization of infrastructure and development efforts, following the New TOM and aligned with ITIL service management processes.CMDB Traceability: Ensure infrastructure and application assets are properly documented and traceable in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).CI/CD Workflow Support: Provide assistance to development teams on implementing CI/CD workflows across countries.Performance Monitoring: Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and maintain high-quality service levels.Problem Management Support: Assist regional teams in managing issues related to application development and IaC.Secure Development Approach: Ensure a secure development methodology is adopted across the region.What We Are Looking For: Soft Skills: Team collaboration skills with the ability to manage teams remotely.Strong stress and priority management.People and resource management expertise.Client focus and commitment to customer satisfaction.Adaptability to multi-cultural environments.Project management skills are a plus
