They offer a dynamic and multicultural environment with a team including talents from more than 30 different nationalities working on high-quality standards.Your responsibilities working as an IT Business Analyst will be:Reporting directly to and working in close collaboration with the Transformation LeadSupporting local, regional, or global projects and initiativesReviewing, understanding and documenting current ASIS operating model and detailed processesReviewing, understanding and documenting current systemsSupporting on TOBE process design and documentation, including the needed controlsPerforming and documenting Gap Analysis on process and systemsDefining, implementing and reporting KPIs and SLAs by putting particular attention to detailsPerforming pre-go live readiness check with local and central organizationParticipating on and/or facilitating workshops for ASIS documentation and knowledge transferPreparing training material for central and local team, support on training delivery and follow-up on executionCreating Business Requirement documents for enhancements or bug resolution when applicableProviding test-case scenarios and support on testing when neededSupporting on defining reporting needs and solutionsSkills, experiences, and interests you need to succeed in this role:You have ideally 2-4 years of experience in:Process analysis, process engineering, IT or business analysis rolesOperations management (finance and non-finance), involved in continuous improvement projectsYou are English proficient (Other EU languages is a plus)You have an advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BISalesForce and NetSuite knowledge is a plusYou have skills in process documentation, optimization, and re-engineeringYou have a previous usage and/or configuration of Ticketing toolYou are familiar with PowerPoint, Visio (or other process design tools), OracleYou are dynamic, curious, highly organized with a methodical approach and you pay special attention for detailsYou have knowledge of RPAYou have some knowledge of Recruiting IndustryYou have strong reporting skillsYou have strong Communication skills, team spirit and empathyYou are able to work under pressureYou can multitask and successfully manage various projects simultaneouslyYou have a 'Doer' attitudeYou can start ASAPWhat's in it for you?Competitive compensation + additional benefitsHybrid working opportunity with standard office hours from Monday to FridayInternational and multicultural environmentGrowth opportunities in a company with worldwide reputation
