Working at Bergner will give you flexibility, conciliation with family and social life, volunteering, health and well-being activities, growth at the personal and professional level by giving the opportunity to develop and improve soft skills, training, and much more!The duties and responsibilities required for this position are as follows:Create engaging and persuasive content for a variety of digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email, D2C (Direct to Consumer), Amazon, CRM, and other digital media.Work closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies that reflect the brand voice and generate audience engagement.Thoroughly research and understand our target audience, their needs, and online behaviours to tailor content effectively.Optimise content to improve its visibility in search engines, using SEO techniques such as keyword research, metatag optimisation, and internal linking.Follow emerging trends in digital marketing and content to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the curve in our industry.Regularly analyse content performance using web analytics tools and metrics to inform strategic decisions and adjust tactics as needed.Monitor relevant KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for digital content, D2C, Amazon, CRM, and other channels, and prepare regular reports on content performance.Create a link-building strategy to improve the company's ecommerce positioning.What are we looking for?Degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.Solid knowledge of SEO and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or similar.Proven experience as a content writer or in a similar role, preferably in a digital environment.Strong creative and persuasive writing skills, with attention to detail and the ability to adapt to brand tone and style.Excellent research skills and ability to interpret data and trends to inform content strategies.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Very high level of English-Spanish.
