Could you be the full-time Ecodesign and Industrialization Engineer in Madrid we're looking for?
Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your eco-design expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll report work alongside young and proactive teammates. You'll be in charge of eco design for tenders & projects. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, safety, etc.), contribute during specification and design phases to technical solution decisions and much more.
Responsibilities:
Manage/follow the achievement of the prototypes in respect of industrial rules and QCD requirements.
Ensure consideration of Component management rules to reduce industrial impacts: obsolescence, sustainability, mono source, manufacturing or assembly process.
Manage industrial risk through Process FMEA and associated improvement action plan.
Support sourcing and SQD teams in the suppliers' qualification and quality follow-up.
Deploy industrial tools to subcontractors as defined by Transfer Plan.
Manage Alstom assets lent to subcontractors.
Guarantee internal control and good application of process rules in line with customers' requirements.
Propose Ecodesign yearly commitment and work plan.
Propose and follow eco design dashboard for solutions/products.
Ecodesign Referential: Deploy and apply eco design referential in T&P, R&D, Expertise activities.
Ensure Ecodesign expertise for local platform, subsystems, tenders, and projects.
Perform Ecodesign activities on tenders (contractual and legal requirements analysis and positioning).
Prepare Ecodesign management plan and specifications (train, compo, or signalling level).
Participate in design (train, compo, or signalling level) to ensure achievement of eco design commitments.
Realise and update Eco design studies until delivery of the last train.
Implement relevant Eco design R&D and CCN results in projects.
Propose, lead and manage R&D actions in the context of product improvement and/or methodologies for Ecodesign within QCD commitment.
