You will need to advise and possess some negotiation skills without being overly aggressive in sales.
Your daily tasks will include: Understanding customers' needs and goals Handling a large volume of potential customers via outbound phone calls Keeping an updated database of customers with complete information Maintaining relationships with the existing customer base while building a new customer base Recording outbound call history and customers' responses in detail Ensuring customer follow-up at all times Monitoring competitors' products or services and creating selling strategies Your Qualifications You speak German at a native level and are fluent in English (B2).
Experience includes a minimum of 1-2 years in sales and/or online advertising, with outbound call experience being a plus.
A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication is preferred.
Experience with CRM is required.
You should have good computer handling skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for online display advertising.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a service-oriented, professional, and thorough approach, are essential.
