The Job
As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will improve and develop campaigns with Google Ads and make outbound calls. You will need to advise and possess some negotiation skills without being overly aggressive in sales. Your daily tasks will include:
Understanding customers' needs and goals
Handling a large volume of potential customers via outbound phone calls
Keeping an updated database of customers with complete information
Maintaining relationships with the existing customer base while building a new customer base
Recording outbound call history and customers' responses in detail
Ensuring customer follow-up at all times
Monitoring competitors' products or services and creating selling strategies

Your Qualifications
You speak German at a native level and are fluent in English (B2). Experience includes a minimum of 1-2 years in sales and/or online advertising, with outbound call experience being a plus. A BA/BS degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communication is preferred. Experience with CRM is required. You should have good computer handling skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for online display advertising. Strong communication and negotiation skills, along with a service-oriented, professional, and thorough approach, are essential.
