YOUR TASKS: Analyze and structure complex data sets such as load estimation results and SCADA data.
Perform supporting load calculations under design or site-specific conditions.
Assess associated uncertainties and their impact using probabilistic methods.
Parametrization and training of load observers for new turbine configurations.
Support on the continuous development and improvement of the toolchain and methodologies.
Documentation of obtained results ensuring quality standards.
YOUR PROFILE: M. Sc.
or equivalent in Mechanical engineering/physics or similar with specialization dynamics and simulation.
Knowledge of recognized standards such as IEC 61400, preferably with experience in application of the probabilistic framework IEC 61400-9.
Professional experience with aerodynamic simulation tools such as Bladed, Alaska, HawcStab, Flex5.
Good knowledge of dynamic simulations of complex systems in an industrial application as well as for fatigue analysis methodologies, focused on field supporting topics like troubleshooting issues on field, analysis of complex phenomena, etc.
Experience with virtual sensing/observers such as neural networks or Kalman-Filters.
Advanced programming skills and usage of automation tools.
Good team player with very good interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities.
Flexibility and dynamism in the execution of tasks.
Fluent in English; ideally skills in German and Spanish.
Experience: 5+ years in similar roles/functions.
Availability to travel.
