JOB DESCRIPTION
The Translational Research Group in Pulmonology at IGTP (Dr. A. Rosell) is looking to hire an administrative technician to provide administrative and logistical support for the research activities.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESAdministrative support in preparing presentations and research project documentation.Organization of meetings, trips, conferences, and expense tracking.Logistical support in organizing events and outreach activities.Updating databases.Other administrative and logistical support tasks as needed.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEHold a Bachelor's degree.Bachelor's degree in the field of health will be valued.Languages: High proficiency in both spoken and written Catalan, as well as in Spanish and English, is essential.Specific knowledge: Proficiency in the entire Office suite, including Teams, and other digital tools such as Zoom, Web of Science, PubMed, and FECYT.Personal skills: Willingness to work as part of a team, efficiency, neatness, and organization.Required experience: A minimum of 3 years of prior administrative support experience in research groups (health/biomedical).Specific requirements set by the call or grant, which cannot be considered discriminatory: Flexible working hours, knowledge of hospital-based clinical research.Studies or knowledge not required, but valued for better performance in the role: Knowledge in fund-raising.WHAT WE OFFERIndefinite contract (contrato indefinido por actividades científico-técnicas, ley de la ciencia 14/2011).Part-time: 7h/week.Start date: January 2025.Gross annual remuneration inherent to the square objected to this call, will be fixed based on the experience provided and the skills of the candidate, distributed in 12 payments.Flexible payment (childminding vouchers).23 days holiday and 5 days for personal matters + 2 days for Easter + 2 days for Christmas.Training capsules by the company.Be part of an excellent multidisciplinary research centre with the HRS4R badge.Location on the Can Ruti Campus, a first-class translational research environment in the Barcelona area, in a very stimulating scientific environment.FOR MORE INFORMATIONContact Dr. A.
