If so, the AMXL operations finance team is looking for an experienced leader with a strong record of achieving results, to support the delivery station function for AMXL-EU.
This leader will have ownership of finance for all delivery stations within AMXL-EU and will execute high visibility, strategic, cost improvement as well as revenue-generating projects.
These projects include evaluating and partnering across functions to implement supply chain solutions that are customized for large and heavy items.
We need leaders who are capable of breaking down and solving complex problems for the benefit of our quickly expanding customer base.
Responsibilities: The Senior Financial Analyst will be primarily responsible for business partnering, decision support, financial modeling, controllership and cost optimization for AMXL-EU.
This person will partner with multiple stakeholders to provide timely analysis, insightful guidance, and financial leadership to this high-growth organization.
This role requires extensive cross-functional partnership with various operations, supply chain, transportation, retail, and finance teams to identify best practices across the network, build reporting tools for delivery stations, and lead cost improvement efforts for operations.
The Financial Analyst will lead three focal areas: Develop and support cost savings initiatives through innovative brainstorming and quick execution.
Foster open communication with stakeholder business partners from field and corporate teams.
Analyze and report on business performance across Europe for AMXL delivery stations.
Minimum Requirements: B.A./B.S./B.B.A.
degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics and/or similar discipline with analytical bias.
Relevant work experience performing financial and ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools.
Experience with advanced Excel functions (macros, index, conditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups).
General understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and prior experience accessing and using analytical tools (Databases, SQL).
Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving.
Superior attention to detail and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously, though never losing sight of the big picture.
An eye towards continuous process improvement, including the ability to innovate and simplify both finance and operational processes.
