This role is 4 days based out of either of the following LSG offices: Glasgow, Paris, Madrid, Milan, or Darmstadt, and 1 day remote working. This role will have 25% international travel.



Responsibilities: Determine and implement effective marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share both within Flow Cytometry reagents and other areas of the Flow Cytometry and Imaging business. Work closely with key stakeholders and other teams to create and implement successful marketing campaigns and programs. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Develop and lead partnerships with key opinion leaders and industry associations. Support the sales team by providing guidance and assistance to ensure successful product launches and optimized sales opportunities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Life Sciences, or equivalent experience. Proven track record in marketing roles (5+ years), preferably in the life sciences industry. Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from market data. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
