Job description
You will join our teams in Spain as a Customer Success Manager to play a key role in ensuring the continued success and development of our rapidly growing customer base.
Our Customer Success team is founded on the principle that successful customers will continue to grow with us.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will help your assigned accounts achieve success by promoting the effective use of our platform features and ensuring they see the long-term value we provide.
Your efforts and strategies will directly contribute to revenue growth.
Your LittleBig responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management (40%)
• Lead meetings to review progress, address concerns, and ensure effective coordination between client and LB teams.
• Build strong client relationships and engage key stakeholders.
