Job Description
We are currently looking for a Chief Concierge to join our team of associates at Rosewood Villa Magna.
Our Chief Concierge is entrusted with ensuring our guests' stay is unique and memorable, as well as managing the Concierge team.
Key Expectations:
Efficiently managing the operations of the Concierge, Luggage Porters, Door Persons and Drivers.
Liaising with the other departments in Front of House concerning all arrivals and departures of VIPs, Return, and Extended Stay guests.
Ensuring that all guests are assisted efficiently, courteously and professionally in all Concierge related functions.
Managing the performance of the Concierge team, ensuring the team deliver the highest quality and Rosewood brand service standards to consistently meet and exceed all guest and VIP expectations.
Building a nurturing relationship with our guests, partners, and colleagues to create lasting memories for our guests.
Continuously striving for new thoughts and ideas to improve and strengthen the Concierge team, updating standard operating procedures and implementing them.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, events, and amenities to provide valuable recommendations to guests.
Handling guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving any issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
Providing our guests with in-depth knowledge about the property and London.
Profile:
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end establishment.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with guests and colleagues.
Outstanding problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
A passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience.
A thorough understanding of the hotel, the surrounding area, and London transportation system.
