Our Team: We are currently looking for an ERP Solution Architect in the Supply Chain Planning domain. Their purpose is to provide our Consumer Healthcare Business with the most fit and easy to use solutions to operate their processes in an efficient and sustainable way.

Responsibilities:
Conduct functional and technical architecture analysis, research, design, and development of functionalities within the SAP ecosystem, with a focus on Supply Chain Planning.Lead architecture design reviews and contribute to product roadmap and strategy definition in the Supply Chain Planning domain.Develop a deep understanding of Sanofi's business processes and strategy through collaboration with key users and process owners.Translate high-level requirements into detailed architecture solutions, documenting systems and process requirements through various engagement methods.Collaborate with development teams to implement solutions that meet business requirements and align with product development standards.Provide architecture and design guidance to the development team and support resolution of blocking issues and inter-dependencies.Ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency, considering operational, statutory, and legal requirements.Take charge of business continuity in critical incidents, leading the resolution as the highest level of support within the company. About you:
7+ years of experience in ERP delivery in a business-oriented context, preferably within an FMCG global company.Solid experience in implementing and maintaining Supply Chain Planning in SAP ERP, with expertise in MM-PP and a strong understanding of SD processes.Experience integrating SAP ERP with Advanced Planning Systems (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder) and designing, building, and maintaining data interfaces.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong configuration experience and troubleshooting skills.Ability to translate functional specifications into technical design documents, manage delivery of desired functionality, and provide effort and cost estimates.Strong functional-technical knowledge for defining integration models and making informed choices on interfacing technologies.Project management experience, continuous improvement skills, and a mindset for agility and adaptability.Experience with multi-geography, multi-tier service design, and management, along with knowledge of Application and technology Architecture.Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, agile ways of working, and Kinaxis Rapid Response is a plus.Master's Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Engineering.Strong written & verbal communication in English.
