We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Workforce Optimization Consultant to join our Madrid team.
Key Responsibilities Carrying out the technical implementation of the different projects, integrating the solution into the client's environment according to the specifications.
Documentation of the projects.
Carrying out project test plans.
Occasional support tasks.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise Essential Proven track record of delivering complex contact centre solutions.
General technical knowledge: servers (Windows Server), virtualisation, networking, databases.
Autonomy and ability to work and learn without supervision.
Strong spoken and written English: ability to explain complex issues clearly and in detail.
Beneficial Knowledge of contact centre environments.
Knowledge of telephony (CTI, SIP).
Experience with the Verint suite.
