Your Opportunity

As Jr HR Generalist, you will help deliver people solutions to leaders and primos across the Spain Country, working closely with the HR Business Partners in the Iberia team and ensuring best in class service levels for the HR operations processes. You will play a vital role to deliver HR services along the entire employee lifecycle to approximately 260 employees. As part of the Spain HR team, you will also support our own excellence journey within the Hire-to-Retire project.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With our consumer at the heart your key focus will be:

Accountable of the end-to-end onboarding cycle
Support the HR team in ad-hoc projects & events
Accountable of the end-to-end offboarding cycle
Support on building the HR Budget and monitoring throughout the year
Ensure accurate data updated in all systems
Accountable of all Benefits management, first touch point with employees
Support on Works Council topics
Responsible for reporting monthly all changes to payroll
Support mobility

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Fluent in English and Spanish (Italian, Portuguese nice to have)
Flexible and one-team mindset
University Degree: Economics, Business or similar
Years of professional experience: 2-3 in a similar role in an HR department
