The RoleAs a Customer Support Agent/Representative, you will primarily take inbound calls, emails, and live chat with customers.
Your daily work as an account manager will include tasks like these:
Responsible for handling all calls in a responsive and dedicated manner.The Advisor shall provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers while maintaining effective communications during conversations.Responsible for ensuring call resolution in a timely manner, while maintaining the highest level of quality support in every customer interaction.Achieve call center metrics as defined by our client, KPIs, and SLAs.Recognize and adjust support approach to accommodate all levels of customer's experience and needs.Educate customers on support options, and the steps being taken to resolve the issue.Communicate positively with team members, customers, and other partners.Escalate issues to the appropriate department according to Client's Procedures.You will manage the customer experience, educating and upselling customers on products and services.Working in a team-oriented environment to achieve common goals.Ideal ProfileYou speak French at a native level, and you are fluent in English (B2).Experience in customer care is a plus.You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.Excellent problem-solving skills with the capability of research and identification of the right information.You have strong communication and negotiation skills, and you are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.What's on Offer?Performance bonusesPaid training and educationRelocation package (flight ticket and one month accommodation)Gym membershipPotentially Spanish lessonsDevelopment opportunities (get promoted within the company)Public health insuranceRegular company activities
