Our future teammate would be part of the Product and Booking department in Andalucia, Spain. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing Product and Sales development, and also have a strong relationship with our clients. In addition, you will also be responsible for the booking management, stop sales, allotment control, and following up the booking in our destination.Responsibilities: Be in contact with the destinations and TTOO to check portfolio, sales performance, and offers.Manage client complaints with the TTOO and other internal departments.Give support with the IT system to the hoteliers.Organize Famtrips and assist them.Manage the special requests of the TTOO and coordinate these needs internally.Support the contract manager.Yield Management.Product Management.Set up and follow up with sales and internal Business Intelligence reports/statistics.Booking management in our destination.Management of notifications and special requests.Manage stop sales and allotment control.Daily follow-up of bookings.Control of the average price per booking and the percentage of occupation in the destination.Manage incidents and complaints.Requisitos: 2 year's minimum experience in DMC/Incoming or Hotel chain.Degree in Tourism or similar.Highly advanced level of English and good level of Spanish required, other languages are a plus.Excellent communications and negotiation skills between providers/clients.Good knowledge of the destination.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
