ResponsibilitiesFull compliance of Freundenberg and Klüber Safety and Environmental protection standards and local regulations.Overall responsibility and coordination of production processes and employees to fulfill customers demand according to production plan and service level agreements, balancing inventory targets and productivity/costs.Definition and follow-up of specific objectives for the production area aligned with Global-EPN-Operations KLI Strategies.Set-up and monitoring of Annual Production Plan.Ensure achievement of Production KPI's targets: reporting, analysis of deviations/trends and implementation of derived corrective/preventive action plans.Coordination of production activities with other KLI departments, especially Logistics, PMO, Engineering-Maintenance, Quality Control and QHSE.Identification, selection, prioritization and planning of production projects, trainings and investments. Foster continuous improvement.Lead and support actively Lean-OPEX (Operational Excellence) projects and initiatives. Local and international.Ensure costs and OEE optimization.Support and active contribution to Complaints Management.Main contact and support for QHSE audits related to production area.Ensure on-time update of production processes documentation, registers and standards.Support HR Cycles: Talent review, Assessments, Training plan, salary review, etc.Coordination with global functions for production topics: FMEA's, recipes, standards, etc.Benchmark and sharing of best practices within EPN and Global Networks. Support EPN coordinator.Coordination, regular communication, support and empowerment of production employees.Support the identification and development of potentials in coordination with Director Operations and HR.Direct reporting to Director Operations & SEO KLI.Immediate communication to Director Operations and Quality Committee of any relevant deviation or incident in the production area.QualificationsDegree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.Lean-Six Sigma Green / Black Belt Education.APICS certification or equivalent education in Supply Chain Management.SAP Key User.Language: High level of English and Spanish mandatory.
