Key Responsibilities:
Update procedures and work instructions ensuring alignment with J&J Worldwide EHS Standards.
Support EHS internal audits, inspections, and annual self-assessments.
Update office and manufacturing ergonomic worksite evaluations (EJA's) in Ethicon's operations, recommending changes to worksites.
Support Site EHSS Performance Metrics and review EHS&S drawings for updates as needed.
Assist in the execution of technical or special studies and tabulate data and results.
Provide support in different projects, including but not limited to project coordination, data gathering, and follow-ups.
Prepare reports and documentation related to assigned projects with results and status.
Update process databases, as needed.
Perform any other duty assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biology, or Engineering Student (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial preferred).
Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university, be in good academic standing, and have completed at least two years of studies.
Previous Internship/Coop and/or Academic Research experience is preferred.
Extracurricular experience in a student association/organization is a plus.
Requires fluency in Spanish and English; must have excellent ability to write in English and Spanish.
Proficiency in the use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to assess issues and opportunities, establish priorities, and act with a sense of urgency.
