What you'll do
We are looking for a Community Manager to join the pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of the Director of Marketing, you will support the Director of Marketing in the development and implementation of the marketing strategy and plan roll-out. The Marketing Manager will ensure that all marketing activities embody the essence of the SLS brand by fostering an environment where marketing initiatives are carefully crafted to resonate with the brand's identity, values, and objectives.
Develop and implement paid media campaigns across various digital channels to promote the hospitality establishment's offerings and drive conversions.Collaborate to create integrated campaigns that combine social media, influencer partnerships, and paid media efforts.Monitor and optimize paid media campaigns to maximize ROI and reach target KPIs such as click-through rates and conversion rates.Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital channels, including social media, influencers, paid media, and e-retail.Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, e-commerce, and influencer marketing to stay ahead in the competitive hospitality industry.Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for each aspect of the digital marketing strategy, such as social media engagement rates, influencer reach, e-retail conversion rates, and PR campaign success metrics.Identify and build relationships with influencers whose values and audience align with the hospitality establishment's brand image.Collaborate with influencers on PR campaigns that generate positive media coverage and brand mentions across digital platforms.Coordinate influencers at events, collaborations, and press opportunities to generate buzz and increase brand awareness along with the Lead Brand Ambassador.Monitor influencer partnerships to ensure they are aligned with the establishment's messaging and goals.Leverage influencer content for public relations efforts, such as press releases, media pitches, and brand storytelling.
