The Role
At Soho House, the House Relationship Manager is responsible for looking after our clients and keeping our prospective clients informed. The House Relationship Manager will use various marketing and outreach strategies to generate and nurture new accounts for the region. They will handle direct sales and perform account management tasks, including entertainment. You will focus on account development and growth, and develop and implement plans and strategies to help increase repeat business.
A House Relationship Manager will be able to:
Create and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through telephone prospecting, outside sales calls, on-site inspections, and written communication.Develop targeted outreach events by making personal appearances when necessary.Prepare information for customers, meet with them, and entertain them as deemed appropriate by the potential business for that account.Manage accounts to achieve customer satisfaction and solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue targets are met or exceeded.Your responsibilities are... As a house manager, you will be responsible for giving instructions and coordinating all departments involved in order to ensure the highest quality of service to the clients when in House (from arrival till departure).To co-ordinate and process all phases of group contracts - booking, securing deposits, and processing payments with Finance in a timely manner.To report monthly on customer relationships, sales forecasts, and new prospects.To maintain a database and track Group Sales leads, inquiries, lost business, sales revenue, and provide ongoing status reports to HOO & MD.Who you are...
