Job Description Summary: Senior level program management and developing high level execution strategy for programs affecting the Cypress platforms.
The role has high autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment and problem solving.
The Global Fleet Solutions Cypress Platform Leader will be responsible for creating an execution strategy that drives efficiency and productivity for all programs affecting the Cypress platforms on a global level.
Aligning strategy to business priorities, working closely with global cross-functional teams, and presenting updates to leadership.
Additionally, will be responsible for taking on and managing programs within the same fleet.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesAll activities related to the supervision, organization, and execution strategy of fleet programs on the global Cypress platforms in all contract stages in accordance with financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.Acts as best practice/quality resource and contributes to/creates strategy and policy development and ensures program management within Cypress fleets.Align execution strategy, financial pacing, and productivity efforts of global Cypress platforms with overall business objectives.
Comfortable interacting with C-suite and other business leaders.
Serves as main point of contact to provide updates on platform specific programs to business leaders.Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management.
Takes new perspective on existing solutions.
Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations.
Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.Manages retrofit programs within the affected fleet, in accordance to the strategy developed.Supports people leader and works with regional TLs & Global CI Leader to uphold rigor of established and agreed upon team processes and execution.Presents business or technical discipline solutions to leaders.
Communicates complex messages and negotiates mainly internally with others to adopt a different point of view.
Influences peers to take action and may negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers.Required QualificationsMaster's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience).Previous cross functional experience within Services.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.Ability to multitask, prioritize and work effectively with virtual, global, remote teams.EU Work Permit.Desired CharacteristicsPrevious experience in Wind.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills - previous experience with and is comfortable interacting with C-Suite.Previous experience in finance - reserve, pacing, etc.Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.Demonstrated ability to lead programs.Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.Ability to multitask, prioritize and work effectively with virtual, global, remote teams.Additional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No
